An overcast evening with a nice force 3 breeze and flooding tide. This race was part of the Combined Clubs Regatta as well as being part of the B series. Having gone on opposite tacks to the windward mark, Nanette just had the advantage of Mischief at the mark with Sartu and Magic Dragon close behind. On the run and a shy reach down to HW Corp, Mischief slowly nibbled away at Nanette's lead but on the rounding of the final mark Mischief had to shoot the mark and lost ground which allowed Nanette to lead the way home. Onward who was looking very smart had her first outing of the season and Harding of Twyford had Vanity out to prepare her for her owners appearance at the weekend.
