A light breeze which took us out to the start at Cutter then died on us, so a shortened course was proposed. We very very slowly made our way towards Stormforce with movable ballast taking on the mantle of Jeremiah and Jonah rolled into one. However helm and number one crew ignored him and finally a light breeze, which swung from south to southeast before settling to the southwest, took us along. However it did take us nearly an hour to get to the mark! From then on we had a lovely sail on a warm and sunny afternoon.
Sadly Magic Dragon failed to pass behind the stern of the gate boat and was therefore deemed not to have started.
