Another lovely afternoon with a brisk wind but a strong ebbing tide. A slight error of course by Nanette allowed Mischief to take the lead at the third mark however Mischief managed to snatch defeat out of the jaws of victory, when her crew made a complete 'horlicks' of a spinnaker hoist on the way to the finish and allowed Nanette to sail through! Calypso was a creditable 4th helmed by Frits in his first race of the season. His boat Onward is looking very smart and due to be launched very soon.
