A little more wind, gusting 16 knots at times, than we have been used to but it was great to have a proper Committee boat start provided by Elliot and Jo. The fleet divided with Nanette and Mischief fighting for first place with some very close racing which was very interesting and exciting. A little way behind, Calypso helmed by Frits, Dolphin and Pepper battled it out for 3rd place, again in some very close racing. Getting home up the river proved interesting as all the Round the Island boats came steaming into the river and we had to tack our way in and out of the melley.
