Seven boats came out to play in a nice southeasterly 3-4. The first beat was inshore to avoid the tide but with it only being 2 hours after low water it was quite shallow. Mischief touched bottom a few times! It was close racing with Nanette and Magic Dragon (she judged the lay line spot on) dicing for the lead around the first mark, but then Nanette took the lead on the run. On the final run to the finish Nanette, Magic Dragon and Mischief battled it out. Magic Dragon had a kite problem and was overtaken by Mischief who then slowly closed on Nanette and managed to pip her at the post.
